CT manifestations of lung cancer mainly include the following aspects. 1. lobar sign, mostly caused by the irregular growth of the mass, about 70%-80% of lung nodules with lobar sign are malignant lesions. 2. burr sign, mostly short burrs of different degrees at the edge of the lesion. 3. pleural depression sign, commonly seen in patients with lung adenocarcinoma, is a strip-shaped image between the lesion and the dirty pleura located around the lung. 4. 4.Vacuolar sign, the area of vacuole is the lung tissue or fine bronchus not occupied by cancer tissue, it may also be the manifestation of tumor necrotic lesion after emptying. 5.Fine bronchial inflation sign, mostly seen in patients with lung adenocarcinoma. 6.Cavity, the cavity of lung cancer usually has uneven wall thickness, uneven inner wall and occurs centrally or eccentrically. 7.Vascular aggregation sign, also mostly seen in CT manifestation of lung cancer.
