Are multiple solid nodules in both lungs cancerous?

Multiple solid nodules in both lungs may be cancerous, benign nodules or nodules caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. When patients develop multiple solid nodules in both lungs, they should actively seek medical attention, improve relevant tests under the guidance of the doctor to clarify the diagnosis, and make active treatment according to the diagnosis. Patients with benign nodules do not need medication, and only need to be reviewed regularly to observe any dynamic changes. If the patient has nodules due to Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, anti-tuberculosis treatment is needed, such as anti-tuberculosis treatment with relevant drugs like isoniazid, rifampin, pyrazinamide and streptomycin. If the patient is diagnosed with cancerous nodules after bronchoscopy or nodule puncture biopsy, surgical treatment or radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or targeted cellular drug therapy should be considered according to the condition.
