Renal clear cell carcinoma symptoms

There are no obvious symptoms in early stage of renal clear cell carcinoma, but some patients may have renal cancer triad signs, paraneoplastic syndrome, symptoms caused by metastases, etc. It is recommended to consult doctor in time.

1. Kidney cancer triad sign: hematuria, lumbar pain, abdominal mass, most of the patients are in serious condition when these symptoms appear.

2. Paraneoplastic syndrome: it refers to the related diseases caused by the products secreted by tumor, such as high blood pressure, abnormal liver function, hypercalcemia, hyperglycemia, erythrocytosis, abnormal coagulation mechanism and so on.

3. Symptoms caused by metastatic foci: such as bone fracture and bone pain caused by bone metastasis; cough and hemoptysis caused by lung metastasis; and edema of both lower limbs caused by invasion of inferior vena cava.

If patients have the above symptoms and suspect the existence of renal clear cell carcinoma, they should consult doctors in time to improve relevant examinations, such as CT, MRI, ultrasound, blood routine, urine routine and so on, so as to clarify the diagnosis of the disease, and the patients should not make blind judgment on their own, so as to avoid the delay of the condition.
