Kerratan Syrup, known generically as Loratadine Syrup, is an antihistamine drug used for the relief of allergic rhinitis and allergic skin diseases.
Loratadine Syrup belongs to the tricyclic class of antihistamines with high efficiency and long-lasting anti-allergic characteristics, and is suitable for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, nasal congestion, running nose, itching and burning sensation in the eyes. As well as suitable for alleviating the signs and symptoms of allergic skin diseases (such as chronic urticaria, itchy skin disease).
The use of this drug should be noted: allergy to this product is prohibited, pregnant and lactating women should be cautious; the simultaneous administration of ketoconazole, macrolide antibiotics such as azithromycin and other drugs will increase the concentration of loratadine in the plasma, it should be used with caution; the use of the drug may be a dry mouth, nausea, fatigue, headache, drowsiness, skin rash and other common adverse reactions.
