HPV is the abbreviation of human papillomavirus, of which HPV52, 16, 18 and so on belong to the common high-risk type of HPV. HPV52 positive only means that the body is infected with HPV52 virus, and the chance of causing cervical cancer is only about 1%, and whether or not it is cervical cancer depends on the results of the cervical exfoliative cytology examination.
HPV52-positive patients can take interferon tablets internally and use interferon suppositories externally under doctor’s guidance. The transmission of cervical cancer is mainly through sexual transmission, and sexual intercourse is prohibited during treatment to avoid cross-infection.
