In case of “gallbladder polyps”, the need for surgery depends on the following conditions: age, size, number, location and shape of the lesion, whether there are clinical symptoms or combined gallbladder stones, and whether malignant gallbladder tumors can be excluded. Therefore, when polyp-like lesions are detected by ultrasound, the treatment should be decided on surgical and non-surgical treatment. The principles of surgery are: 1, combined gallbladder diseases, such as gallbladder stones, acute or chronic cholecystitis, and obvious clinical symptoms, should be performed cholecystectomy. 2, no obvious symptoms of polyps less than 10mm, do not need surgery, can continue to observe. Regular observation (3 months), if the lesion tends to increase, surgery should be performed. 3.Surgical treatment should be considered for suspected early-stage gallbladder cancer.
