How to do quality of life, prognosis for bladder cancer patients

Recommendations: 1. All patients should be followed up primarily by cystoscopy and receive the first review 3 months after surgery.

2. Patients with low-risk tumors who have a negative first cystoscopy should have a second follow-up after 9 months, and then annually thereafter until 5 years.

3.Patients with high-risk tumors will be followed up every 3 months for the first 2 years, every 6 months from the third year, and every year from the fifth year until lifetime.

4. The follow-up program for patients with intermediate-risk tumors is in between and is determined by individual prognostic factors.
