Cervical precancerous lesion grade I generally refers to cervical intraepithelial lesion (CIN1), and the treatment is mainly observation and follow-up, with drug, physical or surgical treatment if necessary. Cervical precancerous lesions have cancerous potential, while cervical precancerous lesions grade I is still in the early stage of the disease, mostly related to persistent HPV infection. It can recover on its own in some patients, so observation and follow-up can be done first. If the lesions do not subside for a long time and have a tendency to progress to malignancy, then active intervention should be carried out. Grade I lesions can be treated with interferon and other drugs as prescribed by the doctor. If necessary, surgical treatment can be adopted, mainly cervical conization, including two kinds of cervical circumferential electrosurgery and cold knife conization. In addition, grade I lesions can also be treated with cryotherapy, focused ultrasound, laser ablation, electrocautery and condensation to destroy the surface tissue of the cervix. Patients with grade Ⅰ cervical precancerous lesions are advised to consult a doctor in time for standardized treatment under the guidance of a professional doctor, and not to take medication without authorization, so as to avoid adverse consequences and delays in the condition.
