It is necessary to do TCT test and HPV test together. 1. HPV test: also known as human papillomavirus test, HPV virus is divided into high-risk virus and low-risk virus. High-risk viruses are prone to cause cervical cancer, and low-risk viruses are prone to cause condyloma acuminatum. High-risk HPV virus infection is the main cause of cervical cancer. 2. TCT examination: also called cervical liquid-based cytology examination, is mainly to check the cervical cells for high-risk epithelial lesions, which can be used to initially determine whether there is a cervical precancerous lesion or the possibility of cervical cancer. Therefore, for women who have a history of sexual intercourse, they need to have regular HPV and TCT double screening tests for early detection and treatment of diseases. Try not to have intercourse within a week after the TCT and HPV to avoid increased bleeding and infection.
