Are two bars positive?

Two bars are usually a positive result, but the results of a nucleic acid test or a test such as progesterone or HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) need to prevail. If a self-administered New Crown Antigen test or a pregnancy test results in two bars, it represents a positive initial screening result. However, since this type of operation is done by the person being tested, it may not be possible to be precise with regard to the sampling and experimental steps, and the self-testing equipment may also be biased, so further nucleic acid testing is required. In the case of the new crown antigen test, further nucleic acid testing is required, and in the case of the pregnancy test, further tests such as progesterone and HCG are required. The final diagnosis needs to be based on the results of such tests as the gold standard, and the results of a simple self-test cannot be used as a basis for diagnosis.
