He had been working continuously for 24 hours when he developed. The neurosurgeon of Ditan Hospital, Dr. Feng Enshan, said that the current winter-spring alternation period, the temperature varies, cerebrovascular disease patients have poor adaptability to temperature changes, the endocrine system in the body is not regulated in a timely manner, increasing the risk of morbidity. Feng Enshan reminded the public, especially those with cerebrovascular risk factors, to pay attention to the combination of work and rest, light diet, quit smoking and limit alcohol, control weight, control emotions less angry, don’t get excited, regular medical checkups, go to regular hospitals for treatment after the disease is detected, and regular follow-ups. Also monitor blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids and other related indicators. Cab drivers should get off the bus and move around after working for a while; drink more water so that the blood can be diluted. People who usually have high blood pressure should take their medication on time and adhere to it under the guidance of their doctors. Older people with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, reduce outdoor activities this season.
