Can moderate tricuspid regurgitation heal on its own?

Tricuspid regurgitation is divided into primary and secondary.
Primary tricuspid regurgitation is mainly due to structural and functional abnormalities of the tricuspid valve caused by rheumatic fever, endocarditis, etc. This is generally not self-healing.
Secondary tricuspid regurgitation is mainly due to dilatation of the right ventricle, where the structure of the tricuspid valve itself has not yet changed. If the cause of right ventricular dilatation can be actively treated and controlled, the tricuspid regurgitation will naturally resolve.
