If a breastfeeding woman accidentally takes ibuprofen extended-release capsules, it is usually recommended to breastfeed the child after 72 hours. The duration of this drug is about 12 hours, but the drug is completely metabolized for a relatively long time, if the drug is given to the child within a short period of time to breastfeed, may lead to nausea, vomiting, indigestion and other adverse reactions.
