Symptoms of precancerous uterine lesions mainly include irregular vaginal bleeding and abnormal increase in leukorrhea, and some of them may manifest as pain during intercourse, bleeding, or accompanied by abdominal pain and lumbago. In young patients, it is mostly characterized by increased menstrual flow and prolonged menstrual period, while in older patients, it is characterized by irregular vaginal bleeding. If accompanied by significant infection, a low-grade fever may be present. Normal leukorrhea is colorless and transparent. If there is abnormal increase of leukorrhea, obvious increase of vaginal secretion, frequent dampness of underwear, yellowish or purulent leukorrhea, or leukorrhea with blood, we should be alert to the possibility of uterine precancerous lesions. It is necessary to go to the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital for consultation and timely detection of lesions through cervical cancer screening. Normal healthy women should also undergo regular screening for cervical cancer and endometrial cancer, so as to achieve early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment.
