Targeted therapy is to target patients’ mutated genes and their metabolites. Targeted therapy drugs for lung cancer mainly include: 1) EGFR gene targeting drugs: about 50% of adenocarcinoma patients in China have EGRF mutation, erlotinib, gefitinib, erlotinib, afatinib and oseltinib are all targeting EGRF gene for treatment; 2) Targeted drugs for other gene mutations: such as crizotinib, which are more effective and have less side effects; 3) Intravenous targeted drugs: such as cetuximab; 4. Targeted drugs that inhibit tumor angiogenesis: such as anlotinib and bevacizumab. The specific medication should be combined with the clinical situation and guided by the doctor’s face-to-face consultation.
