What kind of exercise is considered reasonable for patients with cerebral infarction?

Exercise can not only enhance one’s cardiopulmonary function, but also reduce density lipoprotein, promote vascular endothelial cell repair, increase endogenous vasoactive factor release and prevent atherosclerosis, which is a good recipe for getting rid of diseases and prolonging life. However, not all exercise methods are suitable for patients with cerebral infarction, and some overly strenuous exercises such as marathons and weight lifting can even lead to relapse. Exercise for cerebral infarction patients should be three reasonable: 1, reasonable way: recommended brisk walking, jogging, taijiquan, five-animal play, swimming, various ball games and traditional gongfu. 2, reasonable intensity: recommended moderate intensity aerobic exercise, aerobic exercise is the exercise after exercise heart rate does not exceed 80% of the basic heart rate. For example, the basic heart rate of 60 times / min, after exercise heart rate of no more than 60x (1 + 80%) = 108 times / min, that is, aerobic exercise. Excessive exercise often exceeds 80% of the basal heart rate, resulting in a relative lack of cardiovascular blood supply. Patients with cardiovascular disease need to be assessed for exercise risk. 3, reasonable time: no less than half an hour each time, no less than five times a week; daily is more ideal.
