Kidney dampness is mainly divided into two aspects, namely, deficiency and reality. Since the kidney and the bladder are mutually exclusive, they can be divided into two symptoms: kidney deficiency and water flooding, and bladder dampness and heat.

(2) Dampness and heat in the bladder: the bladder is connected to the kidneys in the meridians, so the kidneys and the bladder are mutually exclusive. Kidney dampness can be reflected in the bladder dampness and heat, mainly to urinary frequency, urinary urgency, burning pain in the urethra as the main clinical manifestations, accompanied by yellow urine, abdominal pain, yellowish tongue, and so on.
The pathogenesis of dampness and heat in the bladder (dampness and heat in the body of the mutual agglomeration), qi unfavorable, under the compulsion of the urethra, can be caused by dampness and heat of the external evil attack, excessive consumption of oily and spicy food and other factors.
