Is back pain a calcium deficiency or a kidney deficiency

Both calcium deficiency and kidney deficiency can cause back pain. Lumbago refers to discomfort in the lower back, often accompanied by mild pain in the lower back. Clinically, patients with kidney deficiency often show frequent lumbar soreness and discomfort, which is aggravated by exertion and can be relieved after bed rest; in serious cases, lumbar soreness is accompanied by lumbago, weakness of the waist and knees, and cold knees. 1. Kidney deficiency: The main symptoms of kidney yin deficiency are lumbar and knee soreness and weakness (the feeling of lumbar and knee soreness and weakness), weakness of legs, irritability, accompanied by dizziness and tinnitus, and emaciation. The main symptoms of kidney yang deficiency are soreness of the waist and knees, cold pain in the lower back, impotence and weakness of the tendons and bones, and symptoms such as clear urine or frequent urination at night. 2. Calcium deficiency: If the body lacks calcium may cause osteoporosis, muscle spasms and other symptoms, and in severe cases may lead to heart failure. Lumbago may also be caused by other diseases, such as spinal bone and joint contusion, lumbar disc herniation, spondylitis, uterine tumors, uterine adnexal infections and so on, all of which can cause symptoms of lumbago. Lumbago can also be caused by physiological factors, such as menstruation or prolonged standing, which can be relieved by sufficient rest. Therefore, if the back pain is not relieved by eliminating physiological factors, the patient needs to consult a doctor in time to find out the cause and actively treat the original disease.
