Adenomyosis and normal sex life are generally not related. Adenomyosis is clinically caused by ectopic endometriosis to the myometrium and other parts of the uterus, causing enlargement of the uterus, which may cause dysmenorrhea during menstruation, increased blood volume during menstruation, prolonged menstruation, and incessant vaginal bleeding, and in severe cases, infertility may be caused. It is caused by lesions in the myometrium, so it is not related to normal sexual intercourse, which may cause pain in coitus. As adenomyosis causes pelvic adhesions and adhesions in the surrounding tissues, it may cause pain in sexual intercourse and anus falling during sex, but there is no relationship between adenomyosis and sex.
