Maternal drug addiction (marijuana, tobacco, cocaine) and alcohol addiction. and Rh blood group incompatibility.  (2) Perinatal factors are all pathogenic factors that occur from the beginning of labor until a few days after birth. This includes birth injuries, neonatal asphyxia, nuclear jaundice. Premature birth.  (3) Postpartum factors are all pathogenic factors that occur during the period from a few days to 2 years after delivery. Including infections (meningitis, encephalitis). Cranio-cerebral trauma. Cardiovascular disease, respiratory failure, drowning, etc.
