How many times an hour is normal for fetal movement

Under normal circumstances, the fetal movement should be about 3-5 times in an hour, and it is normal for pregnant women to feel more than 30 fetal movements in 12 hours. After 28 weeks of pregnancy, it is recommended to count fetal movements at a fixed time every day. The correct method of counting fetal movement is more important to assess the fetal condition in the uterus, some pregnant women count the fetal movement several times in a row is not correct, when the fetus is moving for a long time count once, after stopping a few minutes before counting another fetal movement. If the number of fetal movements is less than 20 times in 12 hours is abnormal, and if it is less than 10 times in 12 hours, it indicates that the fetus has obvious lack of oxygen and needs to be examined by the hospital in time. In addition, because fetal movement is affected by many factors, such as emotions, placenta position, amniotic fluid volume, etc., it is recommended that pregnant women take a side position in a quiet environment to count fetal movement.
