Active gastric hyperplasia is a pathologic diagnosis based on cytologic morphology, arrangement, etc., and has the possibility of precancerous lesions.
Gastric hyperplasia is a proliferative lesion in which the epithelium and glands of gastric mucosa show heterogeneity in morphology and function, and it is a junction lesion between normal cells and cancer cells, i.e. precancerous lesion.
When the examination result shows that gastric hyperplasia is active, the following situations can occur: if it is only simple hyperplasia without obvious heterogeneity in cell structure, it is recommended to have regular rechecks, pay attention to light diet, avoid spicy stimulating and greasy food, and abstain from smoking and alcohol; if the degree of hyperplasia is serious and there is Helicobacter pylori infection, it is likely to be developed into cancer.
If the results of pathological examination are abnormal, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to clarify the degree of lesions under the guidance of the doctor and carry out targeted treatment or therapy.
