High transaminases after treatment of alcoholic liver injury may be a normal physiological phenomenon or the liver injury has not fully recovered.
1. Physiological phenomenon: Normal people may have a mild increase in aminotransferases after fatigue, a lot of exercise, insomnia or meals. Only regular review and dynamic observation are needed.
2. Liver injury has not fully recovered: If the transaminase is obviously high, it is necessary to consider that the liver injury has not recovered although it has been treated, and the liver injury still exists; or look for the existence of other comorbidities, such as hepatitis B-induced liver injury. At this point, it is recommended to improve the examination to find the specific cause.
