Milk standard for 14-month-old babies

The standard amount of milk for a 14 month old baby is around 700ml, which varies from person to person. A 14-month-old baby can have 240ml of milk three times a day, as often as possible every four hours. 14-month-old babies can already consume some smaller, crumbly foods, such as minced meat, minced vegetables, eggs, fish, soybean products, fruits and so on. With the gradual maturation of growth and development, infants need to enter the food transition period from pure milk to solid food (lactation period), and the addition of complementary foods helps the development of the infant’s digestive system, eating ability and behavior, and should be noted. The amount of milk consumed by an infant is only a reference value. When an infant cries or loses weight, the amount of milk should be supplemented appropriately so that the infant can have enough to eat.
