Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan can be used for symptoms such as dry mouth and sore throat caused by yin deficiency and fire exuberance, short and red urine (small amount of urine, dark yellow color), hot flashes (bursts of heat), night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, but sweating stops after waking up), tinnitus and spermatorrhea, and other symptoms. The adverse reactions and contraindications of Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan are not clear, and should not be taken by patients with cold and fever. Gentian Diarrhea Pill is mainly composed of Scutellaria baicalensis, Chaihu, Di Huang, Ze Xie, Angelica sinensis, Mutong, gentian, Psyllium, gardenia, licorice, with the effect of clearing the liver and gallbladder, and facilitating dampness and heat. Gentian Diarrhea Pill can be clinically used for ear pain, dizziness and red eyes (dizziness and red eyes), dystocia and bitterness in the mouth (pain in the area of dystocia and ribs and bitterness in the mouth) caused by damp-heat of the liver and gallbladder. The adverse effects of Gentian Diarrhea Liver Pill are not clear, pregnant women, people with loose stools, the elderly and the infirm should be cautious. When there are signs of Yin deficiency and fire exuberance combined with damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder, Zhibai Di Huang Wan and Longdian Diarrheal Liver Pill can be taken at the same time.
