Itchy private parts and tofu scum-like discharge are due to mycosis vaginalis caused by fungal infection. The cause of mycosis vaginalis may be due to exogenous transmission, vaginal inflammation caused by low self-resistance; or because of contact with contaminated clothing, utensils, etc., or because of direct sexual transmission, or low self-resistance, often taking broad-spectrum antibiotics caused by secondary infection and other causes of mycosis vaginalis. To timely routine examination of the leukorrhea, if it is indeed mycobacterial vaginitis, to give fluconazole tablets 150mg at once, or to give clotrimazole pessary vaginal drug, once a day, 7-10 days of continuous medication for a course of treatment, the end of the treatment should be timely to recheck the leukorrhea. If the mold is negative, it is recommended to consolidate the treatment for another course of treatment to prevent recurrence.
