How Laparoscopic Surgery is Done

The steps of laparoscopic surgery, including disinfection and anesthesia, abdominal perforation, exploration of diseased tissues, surgical separation and incision, suture and bandage to end the surgery. 1. Disinfection and anesthesia: the patient lies flat on the surgical bed, cooperates with professional anesthesiologist to make local disinfection, and undergoes general anesthesia. 2. Abdominal perforation: the professional surgeon will make a hole in the patient’s abdomen and place the laparoscopic probe and instruments into the abdominal cavity. 3. Probing the lesion tissue: guided by the laparoscopic probe, the surgeon can clearly probe the lesion tissue in the abdominal cavity to understand the lesion and the surrounding situation. 4. Surgical separation and incision: the surgeon manipulates the surgical instruments outside the abdominal cavity and uses electrocoagulation hemostasis to separate and incise the diseased tissues, ligate, remove and suture the diseased tissues in a series of operations for the diseased tissues detected. 5. Suture and bandage: Suture the holes punched in the abdomen, clean up, medicate, and bandage with gauze, the operation is finished. Laparoscopic surgery needs to be operated by professional doctors, laparoscopic surgery is invasive surgery, but also good wound care after surgery.
