Spermatogonial cell tumor is a kind of germ cell tumor occurring in testis, radical testicular resection can be carried out in early stage, and metastasis occurs in middle and late stage, which needs lymph node clearance, radiotherapy and chemotherapy for treatment. 1. Early stage of spermatogonial cell tumor: radical testicular resection needs to cut off spermatic cord in high position, remove spermatic cord, testis and sheath membrane completely, and testicular sheath membrane can not be damaged in the process of surgery to avoid tumor dissemination and metastasis. 2. Middle and late stage of spermatogonia: in middle and late stage, there will be metastasis of retroperitoneal lymph nodes, which requires lymph node dissection and radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and radiotherapy should include irradiation of retroperitoneal lymph nodes, superficial lymph nodes and bilateral inguinal area lymph nodes. Adopting the above treatment methods can effectively improve the survival time of patients, in addition, attention should be paid to regular review to avoid tumor recurrence.
