What foods to eat for Spleen Qi deficiency

Spleen qi deficiency can eat foods such as jujube, atractylodes, yam, etc. You can also use dietary remedies such as Yi Spleen Cake and Dioscorea Porridge. It can not replace the medication to treat the disease, follow the doctor’s instructions.
