What does nasopharyngeal cancer look like under electronic nasopharyngoscopy?

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma appears as a bumpy, small nodular or granulomatous elevated tumor on electron nasopharyngoscopy.
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is mainly a malignant tumor of the nasopharynx, which is prevalent in the posterior wall of the parietal of the nasopharynx as well as the pharyngeal crypt. Under electronic nasopharyngolaryngoscopy, the tumor can be seen as small nodular or granulomatous elevation, with rough and uneven surface, erosion, easy bleeding, and sometimes as submucosal elevation with smooth surface. Early stage lesions are atypical, only manifesting as mucosal congestion, vascular angiosis or one side of pharyngeal crypt is fuller.
It is suggested that nasopharyngeal cancer patients should go to regular hospitals in time to improve relevant examination and standardize treatment under doctors’ guidance, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
