Results of laparoscopic surgery for gallbladder stones?

Laparoscopic Surgery for Gallbladder Stones: According to the different contractile function and physiological state of the gallbladder, patients with gallbladder stones can undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy or laparoscopic cholecystolithotripsy, and individualized minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic programs are carried out for patients with gallbladder stones by strictly grasping the indications. On this basis, we have successfully carried out the “Single-hole Translaparoscopic Ultrasonic Crushing and Suction Biliary Lithotripsy”, which is performed through a puncture hole of about 1.0cm in the abdominal wall, and ultrasonic crushing and suctioning to remove the stones from the gallbladder. On the basis of minimally invasive two- and three-hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy, this method significantly reduces surgical trauma, shortens surgical time, and minimizes patient’s pain to a greater extent, and it is especially suitable for mud-like stones in the gallbladder. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is less traumatic and faster recovery for patients with gallbladder stones and gallbladder polyps who are not suitable for biliary surgery. We also carry out single hole (hidden scar) laparoscopic cholecystectomy: the use of the body’s natural scar an umbilicus as an access to the umbilicus single-hole laparotomy has become a hot spot in recent clinical research. Compared with traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy, transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy is characterized by mild postoperative pain, cosmetic incision, and theoretically reduces the possibility of complications due to puncture because of the reduction of the puncture portion. In addition, it can significantly reduce the psychological burden of the patient in the perioperative period, which is conducive to the recovery of the disease. The aesthetics of the postoperative incision also meets the needs of some special populations, such as young women.
