3. Spleen does not regulate blood: symptoms of various chronic bleeding, as well as symptoms of qi and blood deficiency, such as leakage (excessive menstrual flow or dripping), loose stools, etc., can be taken to the spleen soup, the main ingredients of which are atractylodes macrocephala, astragalus, Poria cocos, jujube kernel, longan meat, etc., which is beneficial to the qi, nourishes blood, strengthens the spleen and nourishes the heart.
