Pulmonary sarcoidosis is a pathological manifestation of lobar pneumonia, which is its complication, i.e., mechanized pneumonia. It is mainly an inflammatory reaction of the lungs caused by an infection mainly with pneumococcal bacteria. The pathological examination reveals that the damaged tissue contains a lot of inflammatory material exudate with neutrophilia. Granulomas appear because the exudate contains less protease and does not dissolve and eliminate the fibrin in the alveolar cavity in time. Through microscopic observation, brown fleshy fibrotic changes can be found, so it is called pulmonary sarcoidosis. Pulmonary sarcoidosis is clinically treated mainly with anti-inflammatory therapy, such as the use of penicillin. In case of allergy, erythromycin antibiotics can be chosen. Generally, the primary disease can be completely cured by standard treatment in about a week.
