What causes pulmonary sarcoidosis

Pulmonary granuloma is clinically a very specific chronic inflammatory disease of the lung, formed mainly by the local appearance of macrophages in the lung, which form nodular cysts. In clinical practice, it is mainly divided into infectious pulmonary granuloma and foreign body pulmonary granuloma. For infectious pulmonary granuloma, it is caused by bacterial and viral infections and is commonly seen in pulmonary tuberculosis. When the lesion is in the recovery stage, it can be removed surgically under the guidance of a doctor, and it needs to be reviewed regularly in the hospital after surgery, and antibiotics are needed during the postoperative recovery stage to avoid infection. For foreign body granuloma, most of them are caused by surgical sutures, talcum powder, wooden spikes, small glass and other residues inside the lungs, which also need to be removed surgically, and at the same time, physical exercise is needed to improve their immunity.
