If white discharge is found during intercourse during ovulation, clinically it may be caused by an infection of the vaginal mucosa, and the condition should be observed for vulvar itching or localized redness of the vulva. It is advisable to go to the hospital for a routine laboratory examination of the leucorrhoea to find out if there is a pathogenic infection. If there is an infection, according to the type of pathogenic bacteria, then give the appropriate drugs for treatment. If the routine leucorrhea test is negative, it is recommended to keep the vulva clean and wear cotton underwear, and not to have sexual intercourse for 3 days. If the vaginal discharge gradually changes to normal color after observation, clinical treatment is not necessary.
