Can cerebral infarction hemiplegia be cured?

Most hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction can be completely cured. Only a minority, about 30%, of hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction will be left with sequelae. Cerebral infarction is a symptom of neurological deficits caused by various causes of cerebrovascular atherosclerosis, intravascular plaque formation, vascular narrowing, and eventually vascular obstruction. The most common symptom of cerebral infarction is hemiparesis, but it can also occur as slurred speech, choking on water, difficulty in swallowing, dizziness, headache and other symptoms. Mild hemiplegia can be completely cured with systematic treatment, such as antiplatelet aggregation, blood circulation, and rehabilitation training. Only a few cases of hemiplegia, which are severe or accompanied by complications, such patients will be left with sequelae.
