Tightness in the back and discomfort

Back tightness and discomfort may be caused by the following reasons: 1. There may be muscle spasm in the back of the shoulder. This condition is often seen when the patient fixes the back of the shoulder in a certain position for a long time without moving, which may lead to spasm of a group of muscles in the back of the shoulder over time. When the patient performs other activities or sits or stands, he or she will feel that the back is very tight and has limited movement. 2. This condition may be caused by fasciitis of the back. This disease is often due to long-term cold or old injury to the back, resulting in a sterile inflammation of the deep fascia of the back, which can lead to contracture of the fascia and induce pain, resulting in the above symptoms. 3, this condition may be due to misalignment of the small joints of the thoracic spine. Such diseases are seen in patients who sit and stand with their heads down for long periods of time, leading to disorders in the relationship of the small joints of the thoracic spine. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a person with a back injury. For example, if the patient is highly hyper, nervous or depressed, it may cause the muscles of the back to be in a state of prolonged tension, followed by the above symptoms.
