Ways to get rid of closed forehead acne

Closed-cell acne is medically known as closed-cell acne, which is caused by poor excretion of sebum from the hair follicle and the keratinized cells shed from the follicle wall that are stuck and blocked in the hair follicle, and is the earliest lesion formed by acne, which can be treated with general treatment, topical medication, and phototherapy.
1. General treatment: Choose appropriate cleansing products or directly use water to clean the face, do a good job of cleaning and oil control, mild moisturizing and other work, pay attention to avoid excessive cleaning. Avoid squeezing and scratching the skin lesions, staying up too late, and excessive intake of high-sugar foods and milk.
2. Topical medication: For mild acne such as closed pimples. Topical preparations such as retinoic acid cream, azelaic acid cream and fusidic acid cream can be used. Initial use of retinoic acid cream may cause local irritation; azelaic acid cream may cause mild local erythema and stinging; fusidic acid cream may cause pain and irritation at the site of application.
3. Phototherapy: LED blue light or red light treatment can be used for mild and moderate lesions, which is effective in treating closed acne.
Patients with closed forehead acne should actively seek medical attention and standardize treatment under the guidance of a doctor. Drugs need to be used in accordance with medical advice, do not self-medicate.
