Tuberculosis can be categorized into primary tuberculosis, hematogenous tuberculosis, secondary tuberculosis and so on according to the location of the lesion, and the reasons for the formation of different types of tuberculosis may also be different.
1. Primary tuberculosis: Primary tuberculosis refers to the disease caused by the first infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which is mostly seen in children. When the immunity of the body is obviously low or the virulence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis is strong and the quantity is large, it can cause severe metamorphosis.
2. Hematogenous tuberculosis: Hematogenous tuberculosis is the result of hematogenous dissemination of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which is mainly characterized by the emergence of widely distributed granular foci in the lung field. According to the rapidity of its development, it can be divided into three types: acute, subacute and chronic hematogenous tuberculosis.
3. Secondary tuberculosis: Secondary tuberculosis refers to tuberculosis caused by re-infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which is mostly seen in adults. The occurrence of this condition may be related to endogenous recurrence, exogenous infection, low immunity of the host and other reasons.
Patients with tuberculosis are advised to visit a hospital as soon as possible and receive treatment under the guidance of a specialized doctor.
