What are the symptoms of pesticide poisoning

The main category of pesticide poisoning is organophosphorus insecticide poisoning, with methamidophos, parathion and oxymoron and other highly toxic types of organophosphorus poisoning predominating. Some patients are pesticide poisoning caused by insecticides, manifested as follows: 1. muscarinic-like symptoms: smooth muscle spasm: pupil narrowing, chest tightness, shortness of breath, dyspnea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea; sphincter relaxation: urinary and fecal incontinence; increased glandular secretion: profuse sweating, lacrimation and salivation; significantly increased airway secretions: manifested cough, shortness of breath, dry or wet rales in both lungs, and pulmonary edema in severe cases. 2, nicotine-like symptoms: muscle fiber tremors, or even generalized muscle tonic spasms, but also muscle weakness or paralysis, respiratory muscle paralysis causing respiratory failure or cessation. 3. Central nervous system symptoms: dizziness, headache, irritability, delirium, convulsions and coma, and in some cases, death from respiratory and circulatory failure. 4. Local damage: allergic dermatitis, skin blistering or exfoliative dermatitis; conjunctival congestion and pupil narrowing when contaminating the eyes.
