How to have a baby.

The process of giving birth to a baby consists of 3 processes: labor to full opening of the mouth of the uterus, delivery of the fetus and delivery of the placenta.
1. Prolonged labor to full opening of the uterus: this is the period of dilatation of the uterus, starting from the appearance of regular contractions until the uterus is fully opened (10cm), the need to closely monitor the progress of labor, the degree of descent of the prenatal dew and dilatation of the uterus.
2. Fetal delivery: the process from the opening of the uterus to the delivery of the fetus, which normally takes no more than 3 hours for primigravida and no more than 2 hours for metrorrhagia. However, when it takes more than one hour for a primigravida to deliver the baby, the progress of labor should be closely monitored, and when it takes more than two hours, an experienced physician must re-evaluate the situation and decide on the treatment plan, and a cesarean section will be needed if necessary.
3. Delivery of the placenta: generally 5-15 minutes after the delivery of the fetus, the placenta will be peeled off and delivered, should not exceed 30 minutes.
The birth of a baby needs to be supervised by a medical professional who can detect and recognize abnormalities in the labor process and terminate the pregnancy in time to ensure the safety of the mother and baby.
