How to exercise for sunken temples

Sunken temples cannot be remedied by exercise. Sunken temples are usually associated with congenital development of the bones in the head and face, the thickness of the temporal fat, and the lack of abundant muscle tissue. Although the temporalis muscle covers this area, it cannot compensate for the sunken appearance because the musculature is thin and does not thicken significantly with exercise. Sunken temples are not a disease and do not require treatment. If you are self-conscious about the aesthetic impact, you can usually improve the appearance by localized fillers, which mainly include hyaluronic acid and autologous fat, and usually require 3 to 5 injections, with the possibility of subsequent absorption by the tissues to diminish the effect. If you need to fill the temples, be sure to go to the regular medical institutions, do not believe in unscientific prescriptions or to the unregulated institutions.
