What is Behçet’s disease

Leukodystrophy, also known as oculo-oral-genital syndrome, is a disease classified under systemic vasculitis in rheumatic immune diseases. The main manifestations are a triad of oral ulcers, genital ulcers and iritis, mostly in young adults and more often in women. Some patients may present with skin lesions that manifest as erythema nodosum and follicular inflammatory papules with positive pinprick reactions. It can also involve joints, gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular and central nervous system, while, not accompanied by other rheumatic immune diseases of the body.
