The main reason is that the lens in the eye gradually hardens or partially hardens after aging, and the elasticity is weakened, and the contraction ability of the ciliary muscle is reduced, resulting in insufficient regulation of the sense of light, resulting in the focus of light not accurately gathered on the retina, but falls behind the retina, so that near-sighted objects or close reading words and pictures are blurred. Generally speaking, blurred eyes in young people after prolonged close work is a symptom of visual fatigue caused by spasm of the ciliary muscle regulation; dizziness with blurred eyes due to systemic diseases is often caused by sitting up or unexplained dizziness; blurred eyes in the elderly is a natural physiological change due to degeneration of the body.
