Normal value of leukocytes in microscopic examination: average 0-5/HP in slide method, 0-10/μl in quantitative examination. Leukocytes in the fresh centrifuged urine sediment of normal people are intact in appearance, degenerative changes are not obvious, intracytoplasmic particles are clearly visible, cytosolic nuclei are clear and often scattered. Microscopic examination of leukocytes in the urine to neutrophils are more common, lymphocytes, monocytes amount is less. If a large number of leukocytes are found in the urine by microscopic examination, the common diseases are generally urinary tract infections, such as urinary tract infections, bladder inflammation, pyelonephritis, renal tuberculosis and so on. In adult women with genitourinary infections, mixed vaginal secretions are often found on urine microscopy. If the microscopic examination reveals elevated or lowered white blood cells in the urine, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for early and regular treatment.
