Water in the ear mostly needs to be discharged. Common methods include dumping method, cotton swab sucking, pulling the ear, and seeking medical treatment.
1. Tilting method: Mostly used for unilateral ear water ingress, tilt the head to let the water flow out under the effect of gravity, or tilt the head, coupled with a jumping motion, to shake out the water.
2. Cotton swab sucking: Take a clean cotton swab and gently insert it into the ear canal to suck the water out, and pay attention to the action must be gentle.

4. Seek medical treatment: If you really can’t get rid of the water, you can go to an ENT doctor and use cotton swabs and other items to suck out the water with the help of an ear speculum. For water in the ear for a long time can not be discharged to cause infection and other lesions also need to seek medical treatment.
