Sweating is a physiological phenomenon in which the sympathetic nerves of the thalamus cause the sweat glands to discharge sweat from the pores in order to adapt to the surrounding environment. Sweating lowers the body’s surface temperature and removes small amounts of urea, lactic acid, fatty acids and inorganic salts from the body, thus regulating body temperature and balancing body fluids. Passive sweating is when the body temperature rises after exercise and the nervous system excretes sweat in order to lower the body temperature, which has a cooling effect; while active sweating is usually due to hot weather, nervous anxiety and other conditions, the body actively excretes sweat to lower the body surface temperature. Normal human sweating will be weighed according to the overall level of body fluids and the surrounding environment. When the human body falls into a state of sub-health or after getting certain diseases, it may also lead to night sweats, partial sweats, and cold sweats, which are due to the immune system in the body being in a high state of work but putting out some of the heat. In short, the discharge of sweat is a normal physiological phenomenon of the human body, if too much or too little sweat, are not conducive to normal health, usually to enhance immunity and resistance, appropriate to participate in sports, do not stay up late, if there are chronic diseases need to treat chronic diseases first, in order to improve the problem of abnormal sweating.
