What is the cause of sore hips

The hip often feels sore, first rule out hip inflammation, the patient has a history of hip trauma, or frequent overload activities and weight bearing. Obese patients with cartilage degeneration, as well as congenital malformation of hip joint development, such patients show hip joint soreness, sometimes radiating to the anterior thigh, groin, knee joint, and severe with unfavorable hip joint movement, feasible pelvic orthoptic plain film examination. It is also necessary to exclude hip synovial bursa inflammation, which is related to frequent hip overload, excessive activity or history of hip trauma, and in mild cases, it only shows hip joint pain, while in severe cases, it shows hip joint pain, inability to move on the ground and even limp. It can also be seen in patients with early necrosis of the femoral head, which may manifest as soreness of the hip, groin pressure, and pain aggravated by excessive weight-bearing in the early stage, and severe pain and shortening deformity of the hip joint in the later stage as necrosis aggravates.
