If the pain is located inside the breast, mainly manifested as pain before the period, and a mass can be palpated, and the pain disappears after the period and the mass disappears, it is considered to be caused by cystic hyperplasia of the breast, and no special treatment is needed. If the pain is not relieved after the period and the lump continues to exist, you can treat it with oral prolotherapy pills or xiaojin pills. If solid nodules are palpable inside the breast and the pain is obvious, breast ultrasound or mammogram is needed. If the grading is below grade 3, most of the lesions are benign and the chance of malignancy is less than 2%. If the grading is above grade 3, the possibility of malignancy increases and early comprehensive treatment with surgery as the main treatment is needed.
