If small subcutaneous flesh bumps appear on the skin of the neck and armpit, it is considered to be local or regional lymph node enlargement, which is commonly caused by tumors, especially malignant tumors, which are prone to regional lymph node metastasis, and the patient should have symptoms of the original disease, commonly breast disease, which appears to be local lymph node enlargement, and the lesion will also be palpated in the breast on examination, with irregular margins and unclear boundaries. If lymph node metastasis in the neck occurs, it is a manifestation of advanced stage. Simple breast cancer is easy to metastasize to axillary lymph nodes. Patients with early diagnosis should promptly choose radical surgery for treatment, and for patients with advanced stage, they can also choose palliative surgery with clear pathological staging. At the same time, systemic intravenous chemotherapy and local radiation therapy in the neck and armpit are needed, which can also control the development of tumor to a certain extent and reduce the patient’s pain.
